Refractive Adaptive Optics
We make adaptive optics a component decision instead of a system architecture. A transmissive wavefront modulator that drops into an existing beam path, the modules and software built around it, and the engineering to design it in.
Correction that fits the instrument you already have
A component you integrate, retrofit, or design into your own optics, a module that clamps onto a microscope's camera port, and software that finds the correction from the images you already acquire.

Delta 7
The Delta 7 is based on the Deformable Phase Plate (DPP) technology, developed by Phaseform GmbH. The sophisticated optofluidic design of the DPP enables open-loop controlled, high-quality wavefront modulation — with a 10 mm or a 20 mm clear aperture.

PHI
The camera-port-based adaptive optics solution for microscopes. It features a transmissive wavefront modulator located at the pupil plane of the microscope for precise aberration correction, as well as an integrated tunable lens for ultra-fast remote focusing.

Phinden
Phinden is Phaseform's solution to automate the sensorless finding of aberrations and corrections. It is compatible with several standard microscopy control software packages and image acquisition tools.

Life Science & Microscopy
Correct sample-, medium- and instrument-induced aberrations, and simplify your imaging workflow.

Machine / Robot Vision
Correct the field, not just the focus: diffraction-limited sharpness only where the task needs it, re-tuned electronically after assembly.

Vision Science & Ophthalmology
Dynamically adapt your imaging instruments for each patient's visual system for consistent image quality.

Frontier applications
Laser writing in materials, XR headsets, semiconductor inspection and space optics — four fields where the same physics applies.
